D-Pantothenic acid

D-Pantothenic acid (CAS 79-83-4) is a water-soluble B-group vitamin, also known as Vitamin B5, Pantothenate, or Pantothenic. It serves as a precursor to coenzyme A, a cofactor central to fatty acid metabolism and cellular energy production. No E-code designation applies to this ingredient.
