In UV- and EB-curable coatings, DPHPA acts as a reactive diluent and cross-linker, forming dense polymer networks that raise surface hardness and chemical resistance upon cure. In electronics, it is used in photoimageable solder masks and conformal coatings, where rapid cross-linking under UV exposure defines fine features with dimensional accuracy.
