Retinyl palmitate

Retinyl Palmitate, also known as Vitamin A Palmitate or Retinol Palmitate (CAS 79-81-2), is the ester form of retinol combined with palmitic acid. In personal care formulations, it functions as a skin conditioner and emollient by supporting cellular turnover and reinforcing the lipid barrier when incorporated into creams and serums.
