Description

Sucralose (E955, TGS, Splenda) is a chlorinated derivative of sucrose approximately 600 times sweeter than sugar. It is non-caloric, non-cariogenic, and stable across a broad pH and temperature range, making it chemically distinct from other high-intensity sweeteners. It is supplied under trade names including Sansweet SU 100.

In food and beverage formulation, sucralose functions as a direct sugar replacement in reduced-calorie products, retaining sweetness through baking and pasteurisation without degradation. In personal care applications, it acts as a humectant and skin conditioner, binding moisture within topical formulations such as lip balms and oral care products.

Sucralose is available in food-grade powder form compliant with E955 specifications, FCC, and REACH regulations. It is suitable for use in both EU and international markets. Standard packaging formats include multi-kilogram bags and bulk sacks; documentation including CoA and SDS is available on request.
