Where is Ammonium lauryl sulfate used?

• Personal care: primary active in shampoos, body washes and liquid hand soaps
• Industrial cleaning: degreasing base in hard-surface cleaners and equipment wash products
• Coatings and printing: dispersing and wetting agent that stabilises pigment suspensions and improves substrate adhesion
• Adhesives and sealants: incorporated during emulsion polymerisation to control particle size and stabilise latex systems
