Description

Magnesium peroxide (CAS 1335-26-8), also marketed as Peromag and Drillox M, is a solid oxidizing agent that releases oxygen slowly upon contact with moisture. This controlled oxygen release makes it effective as a soil amendment and water treatment additive. It serves as a powerful antimicrobial agent across multiple industries. In contaminated site remediation and groundwater treatment, it delivers sustained oxygen to stimulate aerobic biodegradation of hydrocarbon pollutants.
