Description
Lauramidopropylamine oxide (CAS 61792-31-2) is an amphoteric surfactant derived from lauric acid, functioning as a foam booster, viscosity modifier, and conditioning agent across personal care and cleaning formulations.
It performs across a broad pH range, making it a practical co-surfactant in both acidic and alkaline systems. In shampoos, body washes, and liquid hand soaps, it boosts and stabilizes foam while improving the sensory feel of the rinse.
