Description

Vinyltris(2-methoxyethoxy)silane, also known by CAS 1067-53-4, is an organosilane coupling agent that bridges inorganic fillers and organic polymer matrices. It bonds mineral surfaces to resin systems, improving adhesion and mechanical strength. This chemical improves moisture resistance in composite materials and is commercially known as Silane A-172. In rubber and tire manufacturing, it treats silica and glass fiber reinforcements to improve filler-matrix adhesion.
