Description

Ethoxylated propoxylated C8-18 alcohols (CAS 69013-18-9), commercially known as Imbentin PPF, is a nonionic surfactant produced by sequential ethoxylation and propoxylation of medium-to-long chain fatty alcohols.

It functions as an emulsifier, dispersant, and cleaning agent across a broad range of industrial and consumer formulations. In home care and industrial cleaning, it delivers effective degreasing and soil removal.

This versatile chemical is used in hard surface cleaners, degreasers, and industrial detergent concentrates. Personal care formulators incorporate it into rinse-off and leave-on products where controlled emulsification is required.

The surfactant provides mild moisturizing properties for cosmetic applications. Textile processing operations use it as a wetting and scouring agent to improve fiber penetration and soil release during fabric preparation.

In leather and paper manufacturing, it supports uniform dispersion of treatment agents. It also improves substrate wettability during various processing stages to ensure high-quality finished goods for manufacturers.

Ethoxylated propoxylated C8-18 alcohols are typically supplied as a liquid. Technical grade is the standard offering for industrial and cleaning applications, while cosmetic-grade material is available for personal care.

Drum and IBC packaging are the most common supply formats for bulk procurement. This product meets rigorous industrial specifications to ensure consistent performance across diverse manufacturing and cleaning sectors.
