• Polymer and plastics manufacturing: catalyst or catalyst precursor in select polymerization reactions, including production of certain polyols for polyurethane systems
• Specialty chemical synthesis: reagent for introducing nitrile functionality into organic intermediates
• It functions as a plating reagent and synthesis intermediate across electrochemical and chemical manufacturing operations.
