Troxerutin (CAS 7085-55-4), also marketed as Venoruton P4 and known in some markets as Vitamin P4, is a semi-synthetic flavonoid derivative of rutin used as an active pharmaceutical ingredient and cosmetic active.
Where is Troxerutin used?
- Pharmaceuticals: active ingredient in oral and topical products for chronic venous insufficiency, hemorrhoids and capillary fragility
- Dermocosmetics: antioxidant support for microcirculation in eye contour creams and anti-fatigue serums
