Description

Fluazifop-p-butyl (CAS 79241-46-6), sold commercially as Fusilade Super, Fusilade II, and Fusilade 2000, is a selective post-emergent herbicide used in broad-spectrum grass control across row crops and specialty agriculture. It targets grassy weeds without affecting broadleaf crops, making it a preferred active ingredient for weed management programs where crop selectivity is critical for the grower.

In soybean, cotton, and sunflower cultivation, it controls annual and perennial grass species such as volunteer cereals and couch grass at post-emergence stages to ensure high yields. Vegetable and oilseed crop producers apply it to protect yield by eliminating competitive grass pressure during early crop development. It is also formulated into ready-to-use herbicide products.

The chemical is used in tank-mix programs where graminicide activity is required alongside broadleaf herbicides. Turf and ornamental growers use it to manage grass weed encroachment in non-cereal systems. Fluazifop-p-butyl is supplied as an emulsifiable concentrate (EC), typically at 125 g/L or 150 g/L active ingredient concentrations. Technical-grade material is available for formulators producing finished products.

Supply is offered in bulk drums and intermediate bulk containers (IBCs) to support both formulation-scale and distribution requirements. Our material meets rigorous industrial quality standards for purity.
