Inositol (myo-Inositol)

Inositol (myo-Inositol) (CAS 87-89-8) is a naturally occurring cyclic polyol and vitamin-like nutrient of the B-complex family. Classified as a carbohydrate with the molecular formula C₆H₁₂O₆, it is the most abundant and biologically active isomer within the inositol group.
