Fennel oil

Fennel oil (CAS 8006-84-6), also marketed as fennel fruit oil, is a steam-distilled essential oil derived from the seeds of Foeniculum vulgare. With FEMA 2483 recognition, it is a commercially established ingredient across food flavoring, fragrance, and pharmaceutical applications.
