Hexanal

Hexanal (CAS 66-25-1), also known as n-Caproaldehyde and carrying FEMA number 2557, is a short-chain aliphatic aldehyde used as a flavoring and fragrance ingredient. It delivers a characteristic fresh, green, grassy note that underpins a broad range of consumer product formulations.
