Alpha cyclodextrin

Alpha cyclodextrin (CAS 10016-20-3), also known as Alfadex, is a cyclic oligosaccharide derived from starch that forms inclusion complexes with a wide range of guest molecules. This encapsulation capability makes it a functional ingredient for stabilizing actives.
